All you need is a prescription from your doctor, we will handle your ADP Application.

All residents of Ontario with a valid OHIP card are eligible for 75% coverage of their custom ocular prosthesis or scleral cover shell, including all maintenance. 

• Ontario Disability/Works (ODS/OWP) are eligible for 100% coverage.

• Veterans Affairs (DVA) clients are eligible for 100% coverage. 

• First Nations  (NIHB) citizens with a valid status card are eligible for 100% coverage. 

• Workplace Safety & Insurance Board (WSIB) clients are eligible for 100% coverage. 

What if I have private insurance?

If you have private insurance you will need to check your policy for exact coverage details. While we are unable to bill your Insurance Company directly, we will assist in every possible way to help you with the reimbursement process.
